Screen printing is a core competency at New Albea. A wide variety of ink systems and screen stencils in different sizes and screen widths are used, which are precisely matched to the material to be printed and the print image.
Then, during the actual printing process, printing is done colour by colour on top of each other until the desired design is achieved.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
State-of-the-art computer technology is used to produce screens. The data is transmitted from the graphics department to the CTS. After the screen has been coated, stencil creation is fully automatic.

Screen printing on plastic films is a printing process in which ink is applied to a plastic film through a screen. The screen consists of a fine-meshed fabric that only allows the ink to pass through the desired areas. The screen is repositioned for each ink application to achieve precise printing results.
