YOUR DUTIES

• Assisting the Industrial Engineering department with automation projects

• Developing application solutions, taking into account feasibility and cost-effectiveness for our product portfolio

• Project-based development of a task in the field of image processing and/or robotics that is tailored to your abilities

 

YOUR PROFILE

​

• You are pursuing a technical university degree in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering

• You have a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• You have strong team and communication skills

• You are open to innovations and have a strong sense of responsibility

• Knowledge in the fields of image processing, machine and plant engineering an advantage

• Knowledge of Profinet, -bus and Ethernet/IP an advantage

• Proficiency in commonly used Microsoft Office software

 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Development and planning of system concepts, both independently and/or in a team

• Installation and commissioning of automation systems with Siemens S7 controller

• (Further) development of automation systems and production processes throughout the company (screen printing, 2D/3D die-cutting technology, 3D high-pressure forming, injection moulding)

• Automation with a focus on robotics (Stäubli & Fanuc), taking into account process reliability, quality, cost-effectiveness and cycle times

• Inspection of 2D and 3D components using machine vision
